Terms & Conditions

1. The Business Plan of DEBCARE MARKETING LLP is applicable globally.
2. The company will be at the discretion to suspend, cancel or terminate contract acting contrary to the aims and objects of the company.
3. Payments made in context to purchase of products promoted by the company should be made in favour of “DEBCARE MARKETING LLP” by Demand draft payable at Kolkata.
4. Payments made towards purchase of products are not refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase.
5. Products will be replaced, if found unsatisfactory, within 30 days of supply, on production of bill and product, without damage or breakage. In case of consumable goods, the product should not be used more than 10% of the original quantity.
6. People over 18 years of age are only eligible for registration in the business.
7. The company reserves the rights to allow the associates to use the name and official logo of the company in their personal stationeries for business promotion. However, associates are not authorized to use the said intellectual properties for any other purpose.
8. The company shall solely be at the liberty to change, amend, add or subtract objects, business plan, rules & guidelines without prior notice.
9. All rules and guidelines of the company is applicable for all the associates.
10. Associates will be terminated from all the benefits of the company, if found guilty of any malpractice that can harm the company’s reputation or it’s business plan.
11. The company reserves the right to change the business plan, wholly or partially, due to changes in Government rules and policies, without any prior notice.
12. Delivery of products will be made from Kolkata office and the duration period of receipt of products will be within 21 days from the date of purchase.
13. Associates who are eligible for incentives or any other remuneration will receive so from the company directly through net banking after deduction of applicable TDS.
14. Commission payout will be done weekly through net banking.
15. Company reserves the right to charge processing fees.
16. Any type of extra charges for delivery of products will be charged separately (conditions apply).
17. Any complaint regarding commission should be made within 15 days of payout date.
18. Trimming is applicable, if necessary.
19. In case of any disputes, interpretation of terms and conditions or meaning of any rule, terms and conditions, shall be referred to the sole arbitration appointed by the company, as per the provisions of Arbitration Act.
20. All disputes, claims, arbitration are subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction only.
